I looked for a hotel near my daughter's college, St. Edwards... and it was very close... the price was right for what they offer.
breakfast was very bad and worst thing is that we were there for a week and on the second day the elevator was damaged. Although they offered to give us our money back if we moved from our hotel, we decided to stay because we didn't know them and it seemed more complicated to make the hotel move.

Very spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and excellent bed and bath linen. The breakfast is scarce, but varied. Serious, but friendly staff.
You can tell that it is a hotel of many years, since the bathrooms and sinks are small and half uncomfortable . It doesn't have a nice view, at least on the side where we got the room.
